Happy Father's Day!

Celebrating Dads everywhere with our blogger, Sometimes Sweet

Father’s Day is right around the corner and every year we try to come up with the right gift that says, “Dad, you’re the best!” Our blogger Danielle, author of Sometimes Sweet, has the right idea. A wife and mother of two boys, Danielle decided to take the family out for a hike in the scenic mountains of Northern Arizona. Equipped with their fresh new Nikes from Rack Room Shoes, they made a day of it. Click here to check out the full post, “Sundays are for Hiking”.

So this Father’s Day, why not gift Dad with a pair of Nike Flex Experience and go out and explore! The Flex Experience comes in a plethora of colors. If Dad is the adventurous type, why not get him a pair of bright red or blue Nikes? The Nike Flex Experience are light, flexible, and supportive — everything you need for a nature hike or for walking around. Dad will love the family time and fun memories you’ll make together. What more could he ask for?

Share your photos with the hashtag #iAmRackRoom and show us how you celebrated Dad this year.

Rack Room Shoes also offers an assortment of exclusive private brands commissioned from the best manufacturers in the business. These private brands offer the customer great styles and outstanding values, which translates into satisfied, loyal, repeat customers. The foundation for Rack Room Shoes was established in 1920 in Salisbury, North Carolina by Phil Levinson, and later passed on to his son-in-law, Mort Lerner. The period from 1920 until 1984 was one of modest growth. However, in 1984, the 22-store company was purchased by The Deichmann Group, a Germany- based shoe retailer, beginning a period of accelerated growth and infrastructure modernization. By 1990, Rack Room Shoes was operating 100 stores and just 4 years later the 200th store opened. In 1995, the company relocated its United States headquarters to a 72,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Over the next ten years the Rack Room Shoes chain doubled in size, with locations in 24 states from New Jersey to the tip of Florida to the California borders.
